- Ask Teresa Kalber for a complete dataset of active patrons, including their age
- There is an age value to signify that there is no age data, like 207 or 209
- Determine the sample accord to age
- The goal is to receive 500 completed responses
- We determine how many surveys are sent to each age group based on that group’s response rate in previous years
- This information should be available in the previous year’s resport
