Your .CSV file cannot be imported in LRSi.
The most common reason is because you have duplicate headers in the spreadsheet, e.g.
id library fscskey library address
The next most common reason is because you gave the .CSV file a wonky name, e.g. a file name that has spaces, special characters, starts with a number, etc.
Your new variables is in the spreadsheet and visible in the admin section of LRSi, but is not visible in the public sections.
First make sure that the variable is set to “Public” in LRSi and is part of a (public) statistic group.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, run the “Update Statistics-years Relationships” function in LRSi at https://www.lrs.org/public/data/tools/update-stats-relationships/.
This issue occasionally pops up if someone creates a new column directly in the database as opposed to allowing LRSi to create it during the import process.
